Early check in and late check out. Huge and perfect rooms with comfortable bed, good air conditioning, for example, varied breakfasts. Stunning location, 5 minutes walk from the tube.
Beds were uncomfortable.

confortel was perfect for our stay(my wife and i)rooms tidy near beach/port .The proximity to metro and tourist bus all helped to make our few days in barcelona very enjoyable .we didnt eat in hotel so cannot comment but some nice little places just down the street.If i was going back to barca i think iagain would stay there

We were in Barcelona for 1 day, had very lovely stay, the hotel was fairly clean with perfect location to the tourist bus. The tapas restaurant had outstanding food and very good service.

Location is good, easy parking, easy to find, close to bcn city centre, quite nieghbourhood.
Staff has serious attitude...30 Minutes to check in, no hellos, good byes etc. Stayed here last year as well, same story, poor service, hotel has no feel or character about it...basically blahhhh! Only stayed here because every other Hotel in bcn was fully booked. Not this one...

The location was spot on, just a short walk to the beach and nearby cafes. The pool was a hit with our family, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the spacious room, perfect for our family needs.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel. A small play area for children would be great for families.

Excellent Location and easy access to the city and Forum Conference Centre
Staffing at the front desk was inadequate. I checked in at 5pm and checked out at 7:30am, both I would consider to be peak times at reception, however, there was only one person working on reception. It took me 30mins to check in and 20mins to check out.

just another big hotel - nothing really spacial concierge gave me a free bottle of water when i came late at night
quite far from life, bar by the swiming pool on the rooftop was not working, the size of the pool itself just a little larger than a jacuzzi
